Not only did SAP decide to raise the prices of their Standard Support, SAP Enterprise Support, and SAP Product Support for Large Enterprises at the beginning of this year, but they recently announced that they’ll also raise the cost of your on-premises support for the second year in a row — and you won’t be receiving any new innovations for your on-premises product.
That said, they will be lowering costs for customers in their cloud because they want you to invest in their cloud solution as soon as possible, regardless of whether you’re ready to make such a huge transition.
In his video, “Navigating the SAP Maze: Overcoming Challenges, Budget Constraints, and Upgrade Pressures,” Jon Gill, EMEA head of sales at Spinnaker Support, reacts to SAP’s announcement and offers suggestions on how to move forward without compromising your budget, your roadmap, or your system stability.
