Matt Stava

Chief Executive Officer and Chairman

As Spinnaker Support’s Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman, Matt Stava has been leading the company since its inception in 2008. Under his leadership, Spinnaker Support has grown into a global organization, trusted by enterprises worldwide to deliver third-party support, managed services, and advanced solutions for Oracle, SAP, and VMware. Matt founded Spinnaker Support to provide organizations with an alternative to vendor-provided support, focused on delivering exceptional customer service at a significantly lower cost. By fostering innovation, building a dedicated team, and respecting intellectual property, Spinnaker Support has become a leader in the third-party support market.

Prior to Spinnaker Support, Matt began his career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), where he specialized in supply chain architecture and restructuring. He went on to join Solutions Consulting, later acquired by Perot Systems, to establish and lead its supply chain practice. In 2002, Matt co-founded Spinnaker Management Group, which evolved from a supply chain consulting firm into a diversified holding company.

Matt lives in Colorado, where he enjoys golfing, skiing, and spending time with his family. He has served on the board of local charities, including nine years with the Denver Area Council of Boy Scouts. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Kansas.

David McDougall

Chief Revenue Officer

As Spinnaker Support’s Chief Revenue Officer, David McDougall brings over 30 years of experience in the IT sector. Since joining in 2022, he has played a key role in driving growth strategies that enhance sales performance and operational excellence.
 
Prior to Spinnaker Support, David served as Vice President of Cloud and Managed Services at ConvergeOne, where he significantly expanded the sales group and achieved consistent annual revenue growth of over 30% for nearly seven years. He has also held leadership roles at Capgemini, T-Systems, and CSS Corp, where he developed and executed innovative sales strategies that supported business transformation and customer success. 

David lives in Georgia with his son and daughter. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, fishing, and traveling. 

Mark Ritacco

Chief Customer Officer

As Spinnaker Support’s Chief Customer Officer, Mark Ritacco leverages over 20 years of leadership experience to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. Since joining in 2022, Mark has drawn on his extensive background at SAP and VMware to lead global teams and enhance customer experiences. 

Mark’s expertise in cross-cultural communications has been instrumental in helping companies across Western and Eastern Europe and Asia scale systems, grow revenue, and navigate complex markets. At SAP, he guided organizations through challenging environments, while his tenure at VMware strengthened his ability to lead global service partnerships and manage customer experiences for enterprises such as Uber, Amazon, Pfizer, Disney, and JP Morgan Chase.
 
A world traveler, Mark’s career has enabled him to exercise his multilingual skills and explore his love for regional cultures and cuisine. He lives in Denver with his wife and four sons. 

Mike Weetman

Chief Financial Officer

As Spinnaker Support’s Chief Financial Officer, Mike Weetman brings over 30 years of financial leadership experience across three continents and a diverse range of industries. 

Mike’s passion for technology began in 1988, when he co-founded DTP Consultancy, a startup that developed software solutions for financial and insurance institutions. Over the next decade, he honed his entrepreneurial and financial expertise before moving into leadership roles within high-growth corporations. Mike spent more than 15 years leading financial operations in managed services, entertainment, SaaS, and technology sectors, working extensively with private equity firms, venture capital investors, and direct lenders to help companies achieve scalability and sustained growth. 

In 2024, Mike joined Spinnaker Support as CFO, where his focus on data-driven KPIs and strategic growth drives innovation and operational efficiency. 

A native of South Africa, Mike has lived in South Africa, the U.K., and the U.S., and has traveled to over 40 countries. He enjoys rugby and soccer and regularly follows matches. Mike lives in Los Angeles with his wife, Jennie, and their dog. His daughter works in San Francisco, and his son studies at Georgetown University. 

Bob Harland

Chief Delivery Officer

As Spinnaker Support’s Chief Delivery Officer, Bob Harland oversees global operations for Oracle, SAP, SaaS, and Tax and Regulatory services. His focus is on ensuring the consistent delivery of excellence to Spinnaker Support’s customers worldwide. 

Bob brings over 20 years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite implementations, business process transformation, and managed services. He began his career at Arthur Andersen, spending 12 years—four years in auditing and eight years leading ERP implementations, which established his deep Oracle expertise. Bob then spent nine years at Hitachi Consulting, focusing exclusively on Oracle applications and technology. Before joining Spinnaker Support, he worked at an Oracle-focused systems integrator, overseeing support and implementation services for clients ranging from Fortune 100 enterprises to mid-market companies. 

Bob lives in Colorado, where he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, fishing, hiking, and mountain biking. He holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Information Systems from the University of Colorado, Boulder.

Megan Morris

Chief HumanResources Officer

As Spinnaker Support’s Chief Human Resources Officer, Megan Morris oversees all aspects of HR, focusing on building a strong foundation for a scalable and employee-centered organization as the company continues to grow.
 
Megan brings over 20 years of experience in human resources, with expertise in employee engagement, leadership development, and total rewards. Before joining Spinnaker Support, she served as Vice President of Human Resources at Jagged Peak Energy, where she expanded the HR function to support organizational growth until the company’s acquisition by Parsley Energy in 2020. Prior to that, Megan held several executive HR roles, where she successfully scaled operations to align with business growth.
 
Megan lives in Colorado and enjoys skiing, camping, hiking, and spending time with her family and friends. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago and a Master of Business Administration from Suffolk University. She is SHRM-SCP and SPHR certified. 

Iain Saunderson

Chief Technology Officer

As Spinnaker Support’s Chief Technology Officer, Iain Saunderson oversees the internal and external-facing technology that drives the company’s operations and services. He also leads Spinnaker Support’s security practice, ensuring industry-leading protection for customers and systems. 

Iain brings over 30 years of experience in implementing complex technologies across commercial and government verticals. He has held leadership roles at Oracle Corporation, where he focused on enterprise architecture; P2 Energy Solutions, where he advanced technology development strategies; and DBAK, where he led managed services and technology transformations.
 
Iain lives in Colorado, where he enjoys trail running and skiing in the mountains. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Business Information Systems from the University of Natal, South Africa.

Anthony Cefola

Vice President, Oracle Technology Global Support Services

As Spinnaker Support’s Vice President of Oracle Technology Global Support Services, Anthony Cefola leads all Oracle Technology business development activities, consulting delivery, and organizational management. His team supports a wide range of technologies, including Oracle Database, SOA and Middleware, Analytics (such as OBIEE), ATG & Endeca search, Identity Management, and Operating System support. His focus is on ensuring that customers consistently receive exceptional service. 

Anthony brings over 20 years of experience in the technology sector, with expertise in Web Technologies, Database Administration, Siebel CRM, Analytics, and Operating Systems. Since 2006, he has specialized in third-party support, delivering innovative and reliable solutions for enterprise customers. Before joining Spinnaker Support in 2014, Anthony held leadership roles at Siebel, TomorrowNow, ABTech Systems, and Triumph Consulting, where he guided senior technology experts and managed customer support and development initiatives.
 
Anthony lives in central North Carolina, near Raleigh and Research Triangle Park. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing poker and darts, watching sports and movies, and relaxing with friends. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Information and Communications from Ithaca College. 

Shawn Du Plessis

Vice President, SAP Global Support Services

As Spinnaker Support’s Vice President of SAP Global Support Services, Shawn du Plessis leads SAP business development activities, consulting delivery, and organizational development. His focus is on ensuring that Spinnaker Support’s SAP team consistently delivers value and excellence to customers worldwide. 

Shawn brings over 20 years of experience in SAP sales support, management, implementation, business process re-engineering, and third-party support. He began his SAP career as a configuration analyst for Siemens South Africa, where he designed and implemented systems to improve operations. Shawn later spent more than 20 years at a consulting firm in Orange County, California, providing implementation leadership and support for numerous Fortune 500 companies, refining his SAP expertise. Over the past nine years, he has focused on third-party support, including leading the SAP support division at Rimini Street before joining Spinnaker Support. 

Shawn lives in Arizona, where he enjoys outdoor activities with his family, including cycling, boating, camping, and hiking. He holds a Higher National Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Johannesburg Technical College, South Africa. 

Adine Zornow

Vice President, Global Marketing

As Spinnaker Support’s Vice President of Global Marketing, Adine Zornow leads the company’s comprehensive global marketing and communications strategy, including brand management, communications, analyst relations, digital and social media, marketing, and creative services. Adine is responsible for building the brand and creating customer demand around the globe. Adine plays a pivotal role in shaping the customer journey—driving initiatives that enhance customer acquisition, retention, and expansion—while championing the company’s continued growth and success.

With over 25 years of experience, Adine has successfully led marketing and business development efforts for Fortune 500 corporations, nonprofits, and family-owned enterprises across diverse industries. Her expertise includes data-driven strategic planning, lead generation, account-based marketing (ABM) and crafting integrated campaigns that deliver measurable ROI, foster customer loyalty, and drive sustainable revenue growth. Adine is also experienced in navigating complex go-to-market strategies and leveraging marketing analytics to inform decisions and scale operations effectively.

Originally from Dallas, Texas, Adine graduated from Southern Methodist University. Now living in the Atlanta suburbs, she spends her free time outdoors, staying active, enjoying live music, and spending time with her family.
 

Randy Freeman

Vice President, Global Solutions Consulting

As Spinnaker Support’s Vice President of Global Solutions Consulting, Randy Freeman leads a highly skilled team responsible for designing, solutioning, and pricing Spinnaker Support’s offerings across all regions. His focus is on delivering tailored business solutions that address both the technical and strategic needs of current and future customers. 

Randy brings over 26 years of experience in IT and business leadership. Since joining Spinnaker Support in 2022, he has been dedicated to building strong customer relationships, scaling the company’s growth, and ensuring exceptional value delivery to customers worldwide.
 
Randy lives in Ohio, where he enjoys traveling with his wife, visiting his adult children, and spending time outdoors. 

Jessie Goodwin

Vice President, Customer Success

As Spinnaker Support’s Vice President of Customer Success, Jessie Goodwin is dedicated to creating customers for life through active listening and tailored solutions. Her team builds strategic, long-term relationships with customers post-sale, focusing on their health, retention, and growth with Spinnaker Support. 

Jessie brings over 23 years of experience in the technology industry, spanning customer success, strategy and operations, strategic communications, and renewal sales. Before joining Spinnaker Support in 2022, she spent over 10 years at VMware and more than 10 years at SAP, where she built and led high-performing, customer-centric teams. 

Jessie lives in the Nashville area with her family and enjoys live music, traveling, and exploring museums. On weekends, she volunteers at her local library or hikes in the woods. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Mary Washington. 

Jon Gill

Vice President, Sales - EMEA

As Spinnaker Support’s Vice President of Sales for EMEA, Jon Gill drives sales strategy and operations across the region, focusing on innovative, customer-centric approaches to deliver success. With over 17 years of experience in technology sales, Jon’s expertise spans new business development, sales management, and senior leadership roles. 

Jon has worked at both niche consulting firms and global providers, including BT, HP, and SAP, where he spent five years leading the UK&I Maintenance Sales teams. Throughout his career, Jon has also implemented and managed graduate sales programs at HP and SAP, demonstrating his commitment to nurturing talent at all stages of career development. 

Jon lives in the UK and is passionate about sports, particularly cricket, rugby, and cycling—activities that often bring out his competitive streak, much to the playful frustration of his wife and two children. 

Rich Hussey

Vice President, Sales – Americas

As Spinnaker Support’s Vice President of Sales for the Americas, Rich Hussey leverages extensive experience in creating go-to-market strategies and scaling sales teams for start-up, early-stage, and high-growth technology organizations.
 
Rich has a proven history of driving revenue growth. As the leader of Eastern U.S. Sales for Tableau Software’s enterprise segment, he grew sales from $12M to over $100M in annual revenue within five years, contributing to Tableau’s successful IPO. He later served as Head of North America Sales for Forter, a leader in eCommerce fraud prevention, where he doubled revenue growth during his tenure. Rich has also held leadership roles at Qlik, TackStreet, and Rimini Street, focusing on delivering impactful results and scaling operations. 

A native of the Boston area, Rich now splits his time between North Carolina and Florida with his wife and two dogs. He has three grown children and enjoys traveling and spending time with family. 

Ian Collins

Vice President and General Manager, Sales - APAC

As Spinnaker Support’s Vice President and General Manager for APAC, Ian Collins oversees sales and operational management of SAP and Oracle services across the Asia Pacific region. 

Ian brings over 30 years of experience in IT services, specializing in sales, delivery, and business acquisition. He spent more than 25 years at IBM, where he held leadership roles across three continents, managing both established and start-up business units within the Services, Outsourcing, and Software businesses. Following his tenure at IBM, Ian served as Vice President of Sales in the Application Services and Telecommunications industries, driving business growth across the Asia region. 

Ian lives in Melbourne, Australia, where he enjoys sailing, cycling, traveling, and following Formula 1 motorsport. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, graduating with Honors from the University of Portsmouth, England. 

Lisa Davis

Vice President, Global Sales Enablement

As Spinnaker Support’s Vice President of Global Sales Enablement, Lisa Davis leads efforts to support the sales team with consistent processes, customer-facing materials, and comprehensive training to drive exceptional sales performance worldwide. Her focus is on streamlining operations and ensuring customer needs remain at the forefront of every initiative. 

Lisa brings over 25 years of experience in Information Technology sales, delivery, and quality. She spent the first 20 years of her career at a global IT outsourcer, where she led teams of over 200 people, developed automated processes, and improved customer experiences. Lisa leverages this extensive background at Spinnaker Support to optimize sales operations and empower teams to achieve outstanding results. 

Lisa lives in Kentucky, where she enjoys boating, spending time with family, and traveling. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Northern Kentucky University and a Global Leadership certification from HEC Paris.

Martin Biggs

Vice President, Managing Director EMEA and Strategic Initiatives

As Spinnaker Support’s Vice President & Managing Director for EMEA & Strategic Markets, Martin Biggs oversees sales and operational management of SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce services across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. 

Martin brings over 19 years of experience from his career at IBM, where he held leadership roles in the services business across Asia Pacific and the United Kingdom. He successfully developed and expanded business units in networking, security, resilience, managed infrastructure, and IT maintenance and support. Martin also led IBM’s expansion into maintaining third-party enterprise software, which set the stage for his transition to Spinnaker Support. 

During his last decade at IBM, Martin was based in Singapore, where he played a key role in growing IT services revenue across diverse cultures and complex economies, building a track record of success in global markets. 

Martin lives in South West London, where he enjoys spending time with his wife and three young children. In his free time, he looks forward to traveling as a family, listening to jazz, and playing the saxophone. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Warwick, England.

Mollie Nycum-Duvnjak

Vice President, Legal & Compliance

As Spinnaker Support’s Vice President of Legal & Compliance, Mollie Nycum-Duvnjak combines engineering precision with legal expertise to drive efficiencies and improve processes. She focuses on thoughtful planning and collaboration with key stakeholders to solve complex business challenges and eliminate wasted effort. 
 
Before transitioning to the legal profession over a decade ago, Mollie began her career in mechanical engineering, earning her bachelor’s degree in the field, followed by an MBA and JD, all from universities in her home state of Michigan. Her analytical mindset as an engineer continues to shape her approach to solving complex business challenges. 

After completing law school, Mollie moved to Colorado with her wife to start their life and family in Denver.  She enjoys rock climbing, hiking, playing board games, and sharing reading time with her family.

Chad Stewart

Vice President, Artificial Intelligence, IT and PMO

As Spinnaker Support’s Vice President of Artificial Intelligence, IT, and PMO, Chad Stewart leads efforts to align business, technology, data, and people, helping enterprises overcome resourcing challenges and maximize the value of their strategic platforms. 

Chad brings over 10 years of experience in enterprise SaaS solutions, with a specialty in the Salesforce platform. He began his career as a Salesforce configuration consultant with Accenture before joining Slalom Consulting, where he provided implementation and technical architecture leadership for Salesforce cloud solutions. At Slalom, Chad expanded practice capabilities and built strong customer relationships, leveraging his expertise to drive impactful results. 

Chad lives in Colorado, where he enjoys hiking, biking, skiing, camping, and relaxing at local breweries. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Colorado State University. 

Dave Bass

Vice President, Oracle Applications Global Support Services

As Spinnaker Support’s Vice President of Oracle Applications Global Support Services, Mr. Bass is responsible for all Oracle Applications business development activities, consulting delivery, and organizational management. The Oracle Applications team includes but is not limited to the E-Business Suite, Oracle Retail Applications, Siebel, Hyperion, Agile PLM, and Peoplesoft support delivery teams.  His focus is to ensure that the Oracle Applications support services team continuously delivers excellent service to customers.

Dave Bass brings more than 20 years of Oracle experience, including extensive consulting work on implementations of Oracle Financial modules for a broad base of industry verticals, including financial services, telecommunications, information technology, online software services, avionics, publishing, and education. Mr. Bass joined Spinnaker Support in 2015 as an EBS Financials Engineer and is now excited to focus on building customer relationships, growing practice offerings and capabilities, learning new technologies, and building engaging teams of professionals worldwide.

Mr. Bass lives in Colorado, where he enjoys playing golf, reading history, and traveling with his wife of 20+ years. He holds a Masters in Management and Organization from the University of Colorado, Denver.

Brian Stanz

Vice President, JD Edwards Global Support Services

As Spinnaker Support’s Vice President of JD Edwards Global Support Services, Brian Stanz oversees business development, consulting delivery, and organizational management for Oracle JD Edwards (JDE) services. His focus is on ensuring the JDE support services team consistently delivers exceptional value to customers. 

With over 30 years of experience, Brian has played a key role in the development and support of enterprise application software, including Cloud, On-Premise, Hybrid, and SaaS solutions. He began his career as a JD Edwards World technical consultant on the East Coast, contributing to the creation of what is now known as JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
 
Prior to joining Spinnaker Support, Brian held leadership roles at Oracle and Q Software, where his teams helped customers drive competitive differentiation and achieve long-term business sustainability. 

Brian lives in Colorado, where he enjoys spending time outdoors, watching his three kids grow up too fast, and supporting his wife’s work with the Raptor Education Foundation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering from Rutgers University.
